2. Visiting the website

When you visit this website, the server automatically stores access data in a log file: IP address, date and time, page requested, volume of data transferred, referrer and browser identification. This processing serves the technical provision and security of the website. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure operation). Log data is deleted or anonymised after seven days at the latest.

3. Cookies

This website sets no cookies for analytics, marketing or tracking purposes. No services such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or comparable tools are used. A consent request ("cookie banner") is therefore not required.

4. Fonts

The fonts used are hosted on our own server and delivered from there. There is no connection to Google Fonts or any other font service, and no data is transferred to third parties.

  • Recipients: the data is transmitted by email to beef@steakhouse.lu and is not passed on to third parties.
  • Storage period: until your enquiry has been fully dealt with, thereafter no longer than statutory retention periods require.

In the case of a directory listing, the business details you supply (name, address, phone, website, description) are published on this website. Your personal contact details as the contact person are not published.

6. Hosting

This website runs on a server in Luxembourg (Plesk). A data processing agreement pursuant to Article 28 GDPR is in place with the provider. No transfer to third countries takes place.

7. Your rights

You have the right at any time to obtain information about the data stored about you (Art. 15), to rectification (Art. 16), to erasure (Art. 17), to restriction of processing (Art. 18), to data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing (Art. 21). You may withdraw consent you have given at any time with effect for the future.
